Natasha Bwalya is a faith-driven sciepreneur, Biomedical Science Technologist and community leader who believes that faith and profession should never be separated.

Currently, she serves as the Ministry Coordinator at CBMC Africa. CBMC is the world’s largest evangelical marketplace ministry, engaging 50,000+ members across 90+ nations since 1930. In this role, Natasha coordinates 30+ African countries, supporting leadership, organizational activities and advancing marketplace transformation through strategic engagement. Her work ensures that business leaders and professionals are equipped to live out their faith and be agents of change in their workplaces and communities.

Beyond the marketplace, Natasha is a Health Activist with 10+ years of experience. She serves as the youngest Board Member for the People’s Health Movement Zambia, a global health justice network operating in over 80 countries. In this role she advocates for stronger public health systems and health equity, proving that impact in community must include both spiritual and physical wellbeing.

As a passionate Social Entrepreneur, Natasha is known for her commitment to raising the next generation. She has volunteered and mentored 3,000+ young people on Goal-setting, equipping them with vision, discipline and purpose to lead in their schools, businesses and communities.

Through her platform *Faith Driven*, Natasha teaches on discipleship, maturity in Christ and building the church. Her core message is that God calls us to build and grow His kingdom, and that spiritual growth is not bound by age. She moves people from being "Christians by name" to "believers by heart" so they can go and train others.
